Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns from all countries within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

• Items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging.

• Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please complete the Return Request Form below.

Once your request is reviewed, we will provide further instructions on how to ship your item back to us.

Return Shipping & Fees

• Returns must be sent via parcel shipping.

• A restocking fee of NZD 300 applies to all returns.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refund Process

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 days.

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

• Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
